Pro and billing

Manage or cancel your subscription

Change your card, see invoices, switch billing period, or cancel.

What it is for

Stop paying, or change how you pay, without losing anything you have already made.

How to use it

  1. Go to Settings → Billing and press Manage subscription. It opens Stripe's billing page in the same tab.
  2. Update your card, download invoices, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel. To go back to Free, cancel — Switch to Free on the Free card takes you to the same page.

Example

A contract ends

Cancel Pro. You keep it until the end of the period you paid for, the issue links on your notes stay, and resubscribing later needs no reconnecting.

Good to know

  • Cancelling does not cut you off: Pro continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and Billing shows the date.
  • Nothing is deleted when Pro ends. Your notes, drawings and issue links stay; only Pro actions stop.
