Mnemox (“Mnemox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a product of ilimcraft.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use Mnemox at mnemox.so (the “Service”).

Any data we collect is solely for the purpose of providing the Service and will not be shared with third parties for marketing, tracking, or advertising purposes.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We store your email address to identify your account.
• User content. Notes you create, including titles, body text, and tags, are stored in our database and associated with your account.
• Usage data. We may collect anonymised analytics about how you interact with the Service (pages visited, features used) to improve the product. This data is not linked to your identity.
• Technical data. Standard server logs may include your IP address, browser type, and device type. These are retained only as long as operationally necessary.

We do not collect payment information, precise geolocation, or any sensitive personal data.

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your session
• Store and sync your notes across devices
• Improve and debug the Service
• Respond to your support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for targeted advertising and we do not sell your personal information to any third party.

Your data is stored using Supabase, a managed database platform, and hosted on Vercel. Both providers maintain industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Google account.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers. We use third-party services (Supabase for database, Vercel for hosting, Google for authentication) strictly to operate the Service. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers. If ilimcraft.com is acquired or merges with another entity, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your notes at any time from within the Service
• Correct inaccurate information linked to your account

Mnemox uses cookies and browser storage only to maintain your authentication session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Anonymised analytics may use a lightweight, privacy-preserving mechanism that does not set persistent cookies.

The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us at support@ilimcraft.com and we will delete it promptly.

ilimcraft.com is headquartered in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on standard contractual clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms for transfers from the European Economic Area.
